ACP is a multi-segment digital lending solution covering not only Retail, Commercial, Corporate, FIs, and Sovereign segments but also other specific types of lending such as Embedded Financing, and Islamic Finance.

Joining Axe Finance is to become part of a fast-growing Fintech company with a footprint in 35 countries and more than 50,000 users of our technology around the globe. We are currently seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with the Chief HR Officer to design & implement scalable, sustainable talent acquisition strategies across our different locations.
  • Determine & establish current and forecasted staffing needs.
  • Drive innovative talent attraction initiatives, leveraging social media, digital outreach and other outreach channels.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to position Axe Finance & ensure it attracts top talent.
  • Ensure a streamlined recruitment process that delivers an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Manage end-to-end sourcing efforts & provide qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
  • Design, plan & execute appropriate selection processes per role including CV screening, structured interviews, technical & psychometric tests, language assessments etc.
  • Conduct labor market research to support candidate profiling and guide our recruitment efforts in various locations.
  • Manage & oversee recruitment campaigns and participation in career fairs & industry events.
  • Build strategic partnerships with top-tier universities and reputable recruitment firms.
  • Define & track key recruitment KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance & continuously improve TA efforts.
  • Ensure proactive and ongoing communication with all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Oversee & enhance onboarding workflows to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Manage the entire talent acquisition process on the ATS/HRMS platform.
  • Prepare & present regular TA reports and insights to senior leadership.

CANDIDATE PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in HR management, psychology, business administration or related field from a leading university.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
  • Proven track record in leading end-to-end TA efforts within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with HRMS/ATS tools.
  • Demonstrated success in driving employer branding & candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Proficient in the use of social media & job boards and deep understanding of digital sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational, multi-tasking & time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment & across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent levels of English and French required, proficiency in Arabic is also preferred.
