Axe Finance developed Axe Credit Portal (ACP), a future-proof AI-driven solution to automate the entire credit lifecycle from KYC to servicing including origination, credit scoring, and automatic decision-making. ACP is a multi-segment digital lending solution covering not only Retail, Commercial, Corporate, FIs, and Sovereign segments but also other specific types of lending such as embedded financing, and Islamic finance.

Joining Axe Finance is to become part of a fast-growing fintech company with a footprint in 35 countries and more than 60,000 users of our technology around the globe. We are hiring a summer intern to join the HR team. The new intern will work closely with the Operations team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Track and update employee attendance records

  • Manage interns’ files, requests, and administrative follow-up

  • Support the preparation, collection, and filing of HR documents

  • Contribute to employee file audits and ensure documents are complete, accurate, and up to date

  • Digitize HR documents and upload them to the HRMS

  • Support timesheet tracking and follow up with employees when needed

  • Assist with insurance administration and related employee requests

  • Help maintain accurate employee data in HR systems

  • Support onboarding and offboarding administrative processes, including contracts, documentation, and tracking

  • Assist the HR Operations team with day-to-day administrative activities

  • Perform other HR-related tasks as needed

CANDIDATE PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field

  • Previous internship experience in HR operations or administration

  • Interest in HR operations and administration

  • Knowledge of local labor law

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Discreet, detail-oriented, patient, and willing to learn new things

  • Good level of English and French required
