Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop a web-based AI Project Planning Simulator for estimating timelines, costs, and resources.
Build and maintain front-end interfaces (dashboards, forms, simulation views) using modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue).
Develop back-end services and APIs (Node.js, Python, or Java) to handlebusiness logic, simulations, and data processing.
Integrate AI/ML models or algorithms to simulate project planning scenarios(effort estimation, workload distribution, risk prediction).
Design and manage databases (SQL/NoSQL) for storing project data,scenarios, and results.
Implement interactive simulation features (e.g., adjustable parameters: teamsize, complexity, duration).
Ensure performance, scalability, and security of the application.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and refine use cases.
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews,
Candidate Profile Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Full Stack development:
Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue preferred)
Back-end: Node.js, Python, or Java
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts:
Recommendation systems
Classification / segmentation
Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on simulation/analytical tools.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
