Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop a full-stack application for an AI-powered customer notificationengine (web + backend services).
Build and integrate AI/ML models to personalize notifications based on user behavior,preferences, and segmentation.
Develop and manage RESTful APIs for notification orchestration (email, SMS, pushnotifications).
Implement event-driven architecture (e.g., triggers based on customer actions,transactions, or system events).
Create and maintain frontend dashboards for monitoring notifications, campaigns, andanalytics.
Integrate third-party services (e.g., email gateways, SMS providers, push notificationservices).
Ensure scalability, performance, and security of the system.
Implement real-time or near-real-time processing using queues/streaming (Kafka,RabbitMQ, etc.).
Monitor system performance and improve delivery rates and engagement metrics.
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and testing.
Collaborate with product owners/designers to refine features and user experience.
Candidate Profile Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of Full Stack development:
Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue preferred)
Back-end: Node.js, Python, or Java
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts:
Recommendation systems
Classification / segmentation
Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Knowledge of Git and version control best practices.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on simulation/analytical tools.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
