Joining Axe Finance is to become part of a fast-growing fintech company with a footprint in 35 countries and more than 60,000 users of our technology around the globe. We are currently seeking to hire a Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team in Tunis.
Working at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, this role translates market insight, customer needs, and competitive dynamics into clear product narratives, go-to-market strategies, and prioritized marketing initiatives. The role is responsible for defining how Axe Finance’s lending, risk and credit solutions are positioned, articulated and taken to market across financial institutions. The role will be directly reporting to the Group Head of Marketing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and continuously refine product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Axe Finance’s software portfolio.
Act as the voice of the market and customer internally, feeding structured insights into product strategy discussions and roadmap priorities.
Translate complex product capabilities into clear, outcome-driven narratives tailored to bank’s decision-makers’ priorities (risk, compliance, efficiency, growth etc.).
Conduct market, competitive & regulatory analysis to inform strategic positioning & GTM decisions.
Ensure consistency of product messaging across all touchpoints and aligned with Axe Finance’s brand and standards.
Own the marketing-side go-to-market strategy for new products, modules, and major releases.
Define launch objectives, target audiences, key messaging, and success metrics.
Develop core GTM assets (solution decks, use cases, website content, campaign materials).
Ensure product launches are market-ready, sales-enabled and regionally relevant.
Design and oversee integrated marketing campaigns aligned with product and revenue priorities.
Translate product strategy into coherent themes across multiple channels (digital, LinkedIn, email, events, PR and partner channels).
Coordinate execution internally & externally partners to ensure consistency across markets.
Manage campaign planning, sequencing, and prioritization to maximize pipeline impact.
Provide Sales with clear product narratives, competitive positioning, & client-facing materials.
Support account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for priority accounts and markets.
Structure and integrate feedback from Sales, clients & partners to refine positioning, messaging and GTM objectives.
Define and track KPIs related to product marketing effectiveness and pipeline contribution (adoption, engagement, pipeline influence, GTM performance).
Use data and insights to optimize positioning, campaigns and GTM approaches over time.
Provide structured reporting and recommendations for marketing leadership on product marketing performance and priorities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS
7+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or B2B enterprise marketing.
Proven experience working with complex products & long B2B sales cycles.
Experience within the fintech, banking software, SaaS industries is highly preferred.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into measurable commercial impact.
Excellent content development skills with ability to design & tailor messaging to specific target audiences.
Proven project management skills with strong cross-functional coordination capabilities.
Able to operate effectively in structured, regulated & multi-stakeholder environments.
Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM tools, and GTM performance tracking is a plus.
Understanding regulatory, compliance and security considerations in financial services is desirable.

Excellent organizational, multi-tasking & time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
