We are currently seeking to hire highly motivated Consultants to join our Quality Assurance team for our Tunis office. The role involves contributing to both manual and automated testing activities and collaborating closely with developers and product stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and run functional and non-functional test cases, test plans, and test campaigns for both manual and automated testing based on the functional specifications and customer requirements.
Suggest new enhancements to the existing systems, existing tools/technologies, and testing standards and procedures.
Assure world-class products’ release quality using QA tools and best practices combined with programming tools when needed.
Undertake software development activities such as coding, reviewing, testing, and fixing errors.
Produce and maintain comprehensive QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, scripts, and test results, ensuring traceability and audit readiness
CANDIDATE PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent from a recognized university.
0-2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the fintech sector.
ISTQB certification is highly preferred.
An understanding of software testing principles, processes, and best practices.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Basic understanding of financial services systems, regulatory compliance, and fintech applications.
Client-focused mindset and user experience awareness.
Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with cross-functional knowledge.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking & time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
Good levels of English (both written & oral) are required, proficiency in French is also preferred.
