Junior QA Consultant

ACP is a multi-segment digital lending solution covering not only Retail, Commercial, Corporate, FIs, and Sovereign segments but also other specific types of lending such as embedded financing, and Islamic finance.

We are currently seeking to hire a results-driven Junior QA Consultant to join our team in Tunis. The incumbent will contribute to driving revenue growth.

We are actively seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior QA Consultant to join our team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless software deployment and knowledge management, contributing significantly to the company's operational efficiency and success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and run functional and non-functional test cases, test campaigns and test plans for both manual and automated tests based on the functional specifications and customer requirements.
• Suggest new enhancements to the existing systems, existing tools/technologies, and testing standards and procedures.
• Assure world-class products’ release quality using QA tools and best practices combined with programming tools when needed.
• Undertake software development activities such as coding, reviewing, testing, and fixing errors.

CANDIDATE PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in engineering or equivalent from a leading university.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar position preferably within the fintech sector.
• Solid IT engineering background including algorithmic design skills & analysis as well as code writing techniques.
• Client-focused mindset and user experience awareness.
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills with cross-functional knowledge.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking & time management skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
• Good levels of English (both written & oral) are required, proficiency in French is also preferred.
