KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
RELEASE MANAGEMENT RESPONSABILTIES
- Manage and maintain relationships with multiple directors and project managers.
- Be able to plan and monitor our release process.
- Regularly review the priority of defects and features noted.
- Validate priorities with your manager before the release and sprint planning meeting.
- Prepare with relevant managers the scope of the release and sprint for each scrum team.
- Organize the scrum ceremony meeting and assume the role of scrum master.
- Prepare and review KPIs to oversee our releases and sprints.
- Be able to detect and remove any roadblocks
- Prepare release notes per release and/or sprint.
KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT RESPONSABILITIES
- Create or update functional and technical documentation based on Axe Finance standards.
- Collaborate with all project managers to create and update our documentation.
- Be able to edit and maintain our user guide media document.
- Keep our internal documentation up to date prior to release date.
- Implement and improve the knowledge sharing process within Axe Finance.
- Gathering knowledge, processing information and managing its dissemination via tools such as the directory or the internal search engine;
- Measuring the relevance and performance of techniques, quantitative and qualitative follow-up, monitoring, benchmarking...
CANDIDATE PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in management or a related field from a leading university.
- 0-1 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the fintech sector.
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, SCRUM MASTER is highly preferable.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment & across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent levels of English (both written and oral) are essential, proficiency in French is preferred.
