Key Responsibilities:
Refine, optimise, and scale existing AI systems to enhance marketing operations across paid social, organic social, email campaigns, and website content.
Verify and improve AI workflows, focusing on cost efficiency, reliability, and cross-channel applicability.
Design and adapt AI-powered workflows for specific use cases, including brief generation, persona-level content variants, enrichment flows, and intelligence digests.
Ensure alignment with account-based and regional marketing strategies, maintaining compliance with governance standards such as human-in-the-loop review, prompt/version control, and bias safeguards.
Contribute to building a durable, scalable AI playbook that maximises marketing throughput and personalisation potential for Axe Finance.
Candidate Profile Requirements
SEMrush and structured query analysis; taxonomy and entity mapping
Python for scraping and processing; n8n pipelines; OpenAI for synthesis
Data visualisation (Looker Studio/Sheets) and concise insight packaging
Investigative curiosity, bias awareness, and source validation discipline
Crisp reporting for senior stakeholders; persistence and follow-through
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
