KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :


  • In collaboration with TA Team, lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing and identifying top-tier candidates, managing the selection process (CV screening, interviews, assessments), and providing hiring managers with qualified shortlists.
  • Drive recruitment campaigns, ensuring an impactful presence at career fairs and networking events to attract exceptional talent and build the company’s employer brand.
  • Develop partnerships and build networks with leading universities and recruitment firms.
  • Prepare talent acquisition reports & dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase employee stories and highlight the company’s culture, improving internal and external employer branding.
  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding: Support the onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing and maintaining relevant documentation, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Support the HRBP team in designing and digitizing internal training programs, ensuring they are aligned with team needs and business objectives.
  • Assist in building and implementing the company’s comprehensive competency framework, defining clear roles and competencies that support career progression.
  • Contribute to employee management initiatives, including probation evaluations, ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and continuous alignment with business goals.
  • Plan and organize engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and employee outings that enhance team spirit and foster employee engagement.
  • Assist and support the Chief HR Officer in organizing company annual team-building


CANDIDATE PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS :


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 0-1or 2-year Experience
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Proactive approach with a passion for recruiting, employee development, and engagement.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Familiarity with applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Strong ethical and Team Spirit standards
  • Good English in written and verbal communications
